Centre for Clinical Interventions provides free online self-help workbooks for depression, anxiety, assertiveness, self-compassion, eating disorders, perfectionism, and procrastination. They also have handy factsheets outlining several mental health disorders and Cognitive Behavioural Strategies.

AnxietyBC provides resources for living with anxiety including an app for your phone and audio files for mindfulness practices, such as progressive muscle relaxation and breathing exercises. This site also includes resources for youth.
